The following program explores the music of foreign composers living and working in London during the second half of the eighteenth century. Ranging from travellers passing through like the young Mozart and Joseph Haydn to more established city-dwellers like Johann Christian Bach and Carl Friedrich Abel, this program sheds some light on the every-changing artistic landscape of London during this period.
